Bloggers reveal your success sercrets

Any blogger reading this should share any of his success stories , if any ! It can be of any form for instance you could share where you get most of the traffic for your blog , what motivates you into blogging , what you did to attract thousands of regular readers to your blog etc etc .

I will start , although I do not consider myself as a successful / established blogger but still I will share my traffic sources with you all . Most of the traffic to this blog is from various forums and blogging communities . What about you ?
